1. What are the delivery times?

Shipping takes 5-7 business days, with a tracking number sent by email.

2. What are the delivery costs?

Shipping is free on all orders.

3. Where do you deliver?

Currently, I deliver to France and Belgium.

4. Where are the products manufactured?

All creations are handmade in France, with passion and care.

5. Is each creation unique?

Yes! Each product is entirely handmade, which makes each piece unique. (Apart from the selection of Kawaii products in the "Kawaii Goodies Chest" collection)

Returns & Refunds

6. Can I return an item?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for errors in contact details or products ordered and after review of the request.

7. How to make a return?

8. What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit cards, PayPal and secure payments.

9. Is my payment secure?
